Our Executive Trainee Program is an example of our commitment
to Human Resource Development. By hiring talented graduates from
the market, putting them through intensive on-the-job training
and job rotation program we help them find their niche within
the organization.
The Internship Program is specifically being introduced
to provide:
- on-the-job training of our youths,
- enhance the skills of our younger generation,
- curb unemployment,
- and to absorb, if vacancy exists, the trained and skilled internees
into the organization.
The Learning Center is yet another example of our efforts
in the same direction. A staff of highly trained and motivated individuals
is responsible for on the job training of the inhouse employees.
The courses promote peer learning and challenge participants to
develop their own skills, test their judgment and develop their
opinions.
