Chairman NICL rolls out a New Management Trainee Programme for Fresh MBA's  from 1st April, 2009. All HEC approved fresh MBA's will be givena chance to work with NICL and get "ON JOB TRAINING" and NICL will alsofacilitate in taking the Insurance exam ACII. After successfullcompletion He/She will be inducted in the Management Cadre of NICL.
